1. When and how can I cancel an order ?
Go to Order history in My Account and tap on order you wish to cancel. Click on CANCEL button. Cancellation is not allowed if the order has been shipped.
2. Why was my order cancelled ?
If you cancelled your order, the status would show as Order cancelled. In rare scenario, if QuillingSquare cancels your order, the cancellation reason will be mentioned on the Order details page & if you have made pre-payment for the item, we will refund your money back.
3. How will I get a refund for an item I cancelled ?
If you've already paid for your order, we will refund the money in the original mode of payment. For more information, please visit here
Order tracking and delivery
1. How can I track my Order ?
We will send you the order tracking link via email or text sms. You can track your order by following that link.
2. How can I Change a wrong shipping address on an order ?
You can Change the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it, by updating it under 'My Address' option which is available under ‘My account’ section of Website
3. What if my package is opened/tampered with ?
If you feel that your package was opened/tampered with, please don't accept delivery. Please cancel the order in My Orders. We will confirm your cancellation request.
4. The order status is 'Delivered' but I have not received it. What should I do ?
Check with your neighbor or front desk, etc if someone accepted the package. If no one accepted delivery, contact us.
5. How do I know my order is confirmed?
We'll send you an email when we confirm your order. You can also check your My Orders page to view your order status.
6. What happens to undelivered orders?
We attempt delivery many times. If undelivered, we will initiate refund for pre-paid orders.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Currently we do not deliver items internationally.
1. What kind of Payment methods does QuillingSquare accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery(COD), Debit card, Credit Card, UPI, Wallet.

No, we don’t offer to replace an item facility as of now.

3. When can I expect refund for my returned item?
Once we receive the original item, we will do quality check within 2 days and initiate refund.
For prepaid orders, it will be initiated immediately to card/bank account. Your bank will take a maximum of 7 to 10 business days to credit this amount.
For cash on delivery orders, it will be credited to your bank account through a NEFT transfer within 4-5 Business days. For NEFT transfer you need to provide the following details:
- Bank account number
- Account holder's name
- IFSC code (mentioned on your bank cheques)
- Google Pay / Phonepay / Paytm Mobile number
4. I have received a call/SMS/email asking for money
If you receive an e-mail, a call from a person/association claiming to be from QuillingSquare seeking sensitive confidential information like debit/credit card PIN, net-banking or mobile banking password, we request you to never provide such confidential and personal data. We at QuillingSquare or our affiliate logistics partner never ask for such confidential and personal data. If you have already revealed such information, report it immediately to an appropriate law enforcement agency.
